Although I have improved, I'm still a little wobbly on my high lunges. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how I can finally rise up without feeling like I'm going to lose my balance? Thanks!!
High lunge is a tricky one sometimes because you wouldn't generally class it as a balancing pose, when in fact, it requires A LOT of balance. Especially when you are bringing your hands up from the ground. I'd suggest that you keep practicing, but try to engage your core muscles and press into the ground with your feet as you raise your torso up and bring your arms up. It's great that you're already noticing some improvements, though!! I hope that helps, and and you SO MUCH for your question :) :)
Thank you for your response!! Yes!! It's definitely a balancing pose, for sure!! I have little feet attached to thick ankles, so it can be a challenge to stay balanced on them as I'm coming up. I've been doing your core strengthening routines too, which is probably why I've seen improvement. I'll keep practicing for sure because I do one of your vinyasa routines almost everyday. Thank you so much!!
