I am so happy that I finally joined your Yoga Habit Membership Community! About one year ago after having practiced your videos almost daily ( 1 year) I stopped because we moved and had a lot going on. Then I focused on Pilates to get in shape which was great but I always regretted that I didn’t practice your videos anymore, I always felt something is missing, since a few weeks I am back on track and I love it!!!!! Feeling so much more centered and relaxed, it is mind blowing! Usually I practice in the early morning hours and I try to get into the habit of doing Yoga everyday, it just adds so much to achieving a balanced body and mind. I am on day 15 of the Reset Challenge, I love it......you are a great teacher! Thank you for putting all your hard work out there, I appreciate it so much!

Hi Christina! I am definitely looking forward that, I continued with the Reset Challenge and added a Vinyasa flow later on, it was awesome! Feeling so streched and relaxed now, ready for the day!

Christ's, what I really like about your classes here is that you take the time to teach us proper alignment and stretching. I've followed others who basically rush through the flow routines, even for beginners. My left wrist started to hurt from trying to follow their chataranga (excuse the spelling if it's wrong!) routines. But since following your routines, the pain has disappeared and I did your yoga 6 put of the 7 days I was on vacation. And your monthly subscription cost is very reasonable, too. I very much look forward to seeing this site grow and trying out more of your routines!
