This is the official collection of classes for the 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge by ChriskaYoga! Start this year by practicing yoga for 30 days in a row and building your personal yoga practice. Each class will be released as it is ready. You can interact with the teacher and other students who are participating via the comments and community forum! 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge
  • Day 1 - Gentle Yoga Flow

    This is Day 1 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 30 min Gentle Yoga Flow Class. You will need 1 yoga block (potentially 2), and you can substitute with thick books.

  • Day 2 - Full Body Stretch

    This is Day 2 of the 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 25 min full body yoga stretch. It's a gentle and total body stretch helping to prepare your body for the rest of the challenge. You will need a yoga blanket, and you can substitute with a thick towel or blanket.

  • Day 3 - Abs and Core

    This is Day 3 of the 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 20 min yoga routine for abs and core. It's a strengthening routine that will work your abs and core muscles. You will need a yoga block, and you can substitute with a thick book.

  • Day 4 - Legs and Glutes

    This is Day 4 of the 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 30 min yoga routine for legs and glutes. It's a strengthening routine that will work your leg and glute muscles. You will need a yoga strap, and you can substitute with a scarf or belt.

  • Day 5 - Calming Yoga Routine

    This is Day 5 of the 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and we're doing a 15 minute calming yoga routine. In this sequence, we'll start and end by meditating and we will also be adding a bit of gentle stretching. I hope you enjoy this one! You will need a yoga blanket, and you can substitute with...

  • Day 6 - Energizing Yoga

    This is Day 6 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 15 minute Energizing Yoga Routine. You will need a yoga blanket, and you can sub w/ a thick towel.

  • Day 7 - Yoga Stretch for Hips

    This is Day 7 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and we're doing a 20 Minute Yoga Stretch for Hips. You will need a yoga blanket (sub w/ a thick towel) and maybe some yoga blocks (sub w/ thick books).

  • Day 8 - Yoga for Neck and Shoulders

    This is Day 8 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge and it's a 15 Min Neck and Shoulder stretch. You'll need 2 yoga blocks (sub w/ thick books), 1 yoga strap (sub w/ belt or scarf), and 1 yoga bolster (sub w/ a large pillow).

  • Day 9 - Relaxing Restorative Yoga

    This is Day 9 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge and it's a 30 minute Relaxing Restorative Yoga class.

  • Day 10 - Full Body Hatha

    This is Day 10 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge and it's a 30 min Full Body Hatha Yoga Class!

  • Day 11 - Basic Yoga Flow

    This is Day 11 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge and it's a 15 min Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class!

  • Day 12 - Full Body Stretch

    This is Day 12 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge and it's a 20 min Full Body Yoga Stretch!

  • Day 13 - Meditation for Thoughts

    This is Day 13 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge and it's a 10 min guided meditation to observe and release a negative chain of thoughts.

  • Day 14 - Yoga Flow for Stiffness

    This is Day 14 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 20 minute Yoga Flow for Stiffness!

  • Day 15 - Side Body Yoga Stretch

    This is Day 15 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 20 minute Side Body Yoga Stretch.

  • Day 16 - Arms and Legs Yoga Workout

    This is Day 16 of the Fresh Start Challenge, and it's a 20 minute Arms and Legs Yoga Workout!

  • Day 17 - Yin Yoga for Hips

    This is Day 17 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 30 minute Yin Yoga Class for Hips!

  • Day 18 - Twisting Yoga Routine

    This is Day 18 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge and it's a 15 minute Twisting Yoga Routine.

  • Day 19 - Lazy Yoga Routine

    This is Day 19 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge and it's a 15 minute Lazy Yoga Routine.

  • Day 20 - Yoga Flow and Stretch

    This is Day 20 of the Fresh Start Challenge and it's a 30 minute Yoga Flow and Stretch.

  • Day 21 - Yoga Nidra Body Scan

    This is Day 21 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 15 minute Yoga Nidra Body Scan.

  • Day 22 - Low Back Yoga

    This is Day 22 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 20 minute Yoga Routine for Low Back.

  • Day 23 - Full Body Yoga Workout

    This is Day 23 of the Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 15 minute Full Body Yoga Workout.

  • Day 24 - Yin Yoga for Spine
