This is Day 2 of the 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 25 min full body yoga stretch. It's a gentle and total body stretch helping to prepare your body for the rest of the challenge. You will need a yoga blanket, and you can substitute with a thick towel or blanket.
This is Day 3 of the 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 20 min yoga routine for abs and core. It's a strengthening routine that will work your abs and core muscles. You will need a yoga block, and you can substitute with a thick book.
This is Day 4 of the 30 Day Fresh Start Yoga Challenge, and it's a 30 min yoga routine for legs and glutes. It's a strengthening routine that will work your leg and glute muscles. You will need a yoga strap, and you can substitute with a scarf or belt.
